Q:What energy storage solutions do you provide for commercial & industrial (C&I) projects?

We offer full turnkey C&I energy storage systems, including all-in-one cabinet energy storage, liquid-cooled energy storage container, air-cooled ESS, off-grid/hybrid grid storage, solar+storage integrated solutions, grid-forming (grid-tied) BESS, and backup power storage for factories, malls, data centers, industrial parks. We support customized voltage, capacity and cabinet size.
Q:What's the battery cell type you adopt? Cycle life & warranty?
A:
We use Grade A lithium iron phosphate (LFP) cells, no ternary cells for commercial storage.
Cycle life: ≥6000 cycles @80% DOD
Standard product warranty: 5 years for full system, 8–10 years optional extended warranty for battery modules.
Q:Support grid-forming / off-grid / peak shaving / backup / arbitrage?
A:
All our ESS support multi-scenario operation modes: peak valley arbitrage, peak shaving, demand charge reduction, UPS seamless backup, solar self-consumption optimization, microgrid off-grid operation, frequency regulation. Grid-forming inverter is optional for weak grid areas.
Q:Cooling system: air cooling vs liquid cooling, which to choose?
A:
Air cooling: low cost, easy maintenance, small & medium capacity (50kWh–1MWh), suitable for mild climate areas.
Liquid cooling: high energy density, low temperature rise, long battery life, large container system (1MWh+), high temperature zones (Middle East, Southeast Asia), high continuous discharge.
Q:Can your EMS connect to local energy management platform?
A:
Our self-developed EMS supports Modbus TCP/IP, RS485, MQTT, open API docking. We can connect third-party PV inverters, grid meters, factory SCADA, local cloud monitoring platform, and provide remote real-time data, alarm push, load forecasting functions.
Q:What discharge rate do your systems support?
A:
Standard 0.5C / 1C continuous discharge;
